"I got a warning that the hard drive was failing. I had a backup so I was not too
worried. After several days of talking to computer repair people, I could not find anyone to tackle the problem. Phoenix
Computer repair made an appointment for the next day. Paul was very helpful and professional.He looked at the equipment
and gave me three options. Based on his recommendations, I got a new hard drive and cloned the one that was going bad.
We are back up and running with all our data. Good result."

for the second time. He was very professional and helped me find the best replacement for my computer. Since I plan to
replace it soon that was a great help. I also have a hard drive that I may need recovery on and I will certainly call
your company if I find I have to retrieve the data from it. I would not hesitate to recommend him and your company to my
friends and family."
